Camp Adviser Position Open

Camp Noel Porter in Beautiful Lake Tahoe California has a position open for a Camp Adviser. This position works to insure a safe, fun, valuable experience and ensure the physical and mental well-being of all campers, counselors and summer camp staff. The Camp Adviser must be a minimum of 25 years old and have a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience of children. The camp dates are June 6-8 (negotiable) and June 14th-Aug 9th, 2008. Program Director - Camp Cross - www.campcross.org

Camp Cross in the Diocese of Spokane is looking for a program director for Summer 2008. They would supervise the program, manage all camp staff, volunteers, the camp facility and the direct mission of Camp Cross.

Requirements: Must be at least 22 years old. BA. Prior experience or related.  Leadership skills and organizational skills.  Looking for an energetic, personalble individual to develop new program pieces and empower staff to contribute to/execute them with creativity and passion.  Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Lifeguarding, low ropes, First Aid and CPR.

Base Salary: $4,000 with Bonus Opportunities

Timeline: May 15th - September 15th
